VAC-U-MAX (Belleville, NJ) will be exhibiting the latest advancements in industrial vacuum cleaning at Booth NC-646 of IMTS (International Manufacturing and Technology Show), to be held September 12-17, 2016. These technologies are designed for high volume recovery of various materials including liquids, liquids with solid materials such as metal chips and shavings, swarf, steel shot/grit, and various other metalworking and finishing debris. Applications include emptying machine tool sumps, machine tool beds, oil/water separation, abrasive finishing equipment or any application requiring the quick and efficient clean-up of parts washers, rinse tanks or liquid spills. Additionally, VAC-U-MAX also specializes in combustible metal powders such as aluminum, magnesium and titanium. Equipment on display includes the following:

  • VAC-U-MAX 55MW, a complete industrial vacuum cleaning system designed to clean 100% liquids, or liquids with solid particles such as metal chips or shavings. Operators can quickly empty machine tool sumps, machining beds, oil/water separators, parts washers, rinse tanks and efficiently clean-up liquid spills.
  • VAC-U-MAX Model 55E11, the first wet/dry drum-top industrial vacuum designed for long-life in harsh metalworking environments for operation on 110V/1ph or 220V/1ph power.
  • VAC-U-MAX Model 1020, which features a powerful positive displacement pump designed specifically for high volume recovery (up to 5 tons per hour).
  • VAC-U-MAX Model TK, ideal for applications requiring high volume liquid recovery, with wet and dry options available as application dictates. The unique design fills 99% of closed top drums at rates of up to 2 gallons per second.
