The PILOT WA 81 “Pipe Crawler” from Coating Equipment Technology, Inc. (Chesterfield, MI) is a compact automatic spray gun that is designed specifically for coating the interior surfaces of pipes and tubes. The outer diameter of the gun is only 20mm (0.78in.) which allows users to coat the interiors of even very small pipes. The precision engineered disc nozzle provides a 360-degree spray pattern for consistent and even coverage, and all of the air and material inputs are located on the rear of the spray gun so it can easily be driven through pipe interiors on a specially designed carrier. The WA 81 is made entirely of stainless steel.
