Join the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF) in Rosemont, IL from June 2-4, where 2,000+ professionals are expected to gather to explore the latest technologies, technical insights, and innovations shaping the future of finishing.

According to NASF, SUR/FIN is the primary conference and trade show dedicated specifically to the surface technology industry. It is where leading surface technology companies connect, collaborate and contribute. And because it is the only conference and trade show sponsored by the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF)—representing the $28 billion finishing industry—it attracts noted business leaders and prominent thinkers to a forum where relevant issues are addressed and technologies presented.

This year’s keynote speaker is Nathan Hughes, a coatings and overhaul expert for the United States Air Force (USAF). According to NASF, each year Hughes answers hundreds of requests for technical assistance dealing with aerospace corrosion and coatings. He manages several Department of Defense R & D projects to evaluate cadmium and hexavalent chromium alternatives and is the Chair of the AMS B Finishes  Processes and Fluids Committee.

The program also includes dozens of additional speakers, as well as “classroom courses” teaching technical skills like aerospace finishing, aluminum finishing and electroplating.
