Martin Engineering

Martin Engineering (Neponset, IL) has introduced a compact electric vibrator that works on the inside and outside of small diameter precast concrete pipe form cores. The Martin MB36-3000 Concrete Form Vibrator features:

  • Improved material strength.
  • A high force-to-weight ratio.
  • Reliability when using high heat-rated internal components.
  • A 14.4 in (365 mm) wide design.
  • The ability to fit most standard mounting configurations.
  • A 230/460-volt, 3-Phase, 60Hz motor that runs at 3,450 RPM.
  • A centrifugal force output of 3,000 lbf (13.3 kN) using permanently lubricated roller bearings in ductile iron bearing flanges.
  • Adjustable eccentric weights, which enables operators to customize force and save energy.
  • An aluminum casing with a smooth gloss coating and covers sealed by O-rings.
  • Internal high temperature Class H windings that can withstand continual use in a heated, sealed environment.
