Recently, Hirose (DOWNERS GROVE, IL) introduced the KM32A Series, an automotive wire-to-board connector that meets the GMW3191 standard for low-voltage automotive applications and the ADM-F-0006 vibration test standard to support reliability and durability in harsh environments.
The KM32A Series provides connectivity for low-voltage automotive applications where vibration resistance and compact design are essential.
Features & Benefits:
- Includes a unique contact spring structure for vibration resistance
- Offers a rugged center lock to prevent mis-mating
- Withstands tensile/pry strength up to 75N
- Provides heat resistance up to 125°C
- Available in single and double row versions
- Supports horizontal, right angle, or vertical receptacles
- Features a 2.0 mm pitch and 0.5 mm terminal tab size
- Enables miniaturization of automotive systems
- Offered in positions ranging from two up to 10
Meets GMW3191 and ADM-F-0006 requirements and is suitable for vehicle interface controls, automotive lighting systems, battery management systems, agriculture, and construction machinery.
