Siemens (Elk Grove Village, IL) introduced the Virtual Product Expert (VPE), a new support program for its CNC machine tool users, machine builders, dealers and importers.
Through the VPE program, customers can:
- Contact Siemens to arrange an online session
- Interact directly with a SINUMERIK CNC product expert regardless of location
The service is offered to all Siemens CNC community members at no cost.
Sessions are typically one-hour in length and are being scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
