General Motors announced its answer to the Mustang Mach-E and Model Y crossover EVs, CNBC reported

GM revealed that the Chevrolet Blazer EV would get to dealer showrooms by the summer of 2023.

Prices for the Blazer will range from $45,000 to $66,000, with the latter vehicle providing as much as 557 horsepower.

According to GM, the EV’s range will be between 247 and 320 miles depending on the model.

The automaker also said the vehicle could travel from 0-60 mph in less than four seconds.

With the EV based on the Ultium platform, GM stressed there is nothing shared between the Blazer EV and the original other than the name.
