Madison, Wisconsin-based craft brewer Karben4 recently announced that it is recalling beer from eight of its brands bottled between November 8 and December 31, 2018. The company has been notified of a possible defect that could leave small shards of glass in the beer.

Apparently, a defect in the bottles used for the beer can not only lead to a loss of carbonation, but could breakdown in depositing small pieces of glass within the product. The small brewery, which has been in operation since 2012, says they have sourced new glass bottles from a different supplier and will begin using those bottles today.

Customers who might have the beers in question are urged to email the company at [email protected], or send them a Facebook direct message to arrange a refund. Recalled beers include Fantasy Factory, Lady Luck, Dragon Flute, Belly Bongos, and Diet Starts Tomorrow.
