Rockford Systems (Rockford, IL) today announced its 2017 scheduling of its Machine Safeguarding Seminars, regarded as the gold standard for education in current OSHA and ANSI standards.
"Year after year, lack of proper machine safeguarding equipment makes the top ten of OSHA's most cited safety violations, underscoring the critical need for our seminars," said Matt Brenner, Vice President of Sales for Rockford Systems, LLC. "Our seminar programs have taught hundreds of Fortune 500 managers how to prevent potentially deadly accidents and meet the required safety standards for the protection of employees, property and productivity."
The three-day seminars foster greater understanding of current safety standards, while familiarizing participants with application-specific equipment through classroom discussion and hands-on demonstrations of machines under power.
They also provide a forum for industry safety professionals to exchange views on safeguarding techniques, such as the incorporation of ergonomics into production and operations.
