Brady (Milwaukee, WI) has announced its TAGLOCK Circuit Breaker Securing Devices. These innovative securing products allow up to four workers to lockout circuit breaker switches by simply applying standard nylon cable ties and their individual worker ID tags.
TAGLOCK devices are tightened onto the breaker switches, then physically secured with standard non-releasable 50-pound minimum strength nylon cable ties and the workers’ ID tags. These devices will remain secured until all workers have removed their personal cable tie and tag.
The design of TAGLOCK devices eliminates the need to use locks, while allowing users to prepare and pre-load their ID tags in advance and then quickly secure the TAGLOCK to the designated energy control lockout points. In addition, TAGLOCK devices provide the same great range of fit on all primary circuit breakers as Brady’s original line of circuit breaker lockouts.
