Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) began building a 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Monroe, Louisiana. The factory will support FTI’s Excellerate brand, using modular and lean construction methods to produce electrical assemblies and energy solutions in a controlled manufacturing environment before they are delivered to project sites.

The company anticipates operations will begin in spring 2027.

FTI, a Wisconsin-based provider of solutions in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, expects the project to create over 200 jobs. Louisiana Economic Development (LED) estimates it will also generate about 350 indirect positions.

The location will create openings for foremen, superintendents and manufacturing leads. FTI plans to add other positions, including entry-level roles, paid apprenticeships and support functions, over time to support operational growth and safety companywide.

Employees will also gain access to continued education and career advancement through FTI’s apprenticeship program, which enables individuals to begin in entry-level roles and, over four years, become licensed electricians.

To secure the project in Monroe, the state of Louisiana offered FTI a competitive incentives package that includes the comprehensive workforce development solutions of LED FastStart. The company is also expected to participate in the state’s High Impact Jobs and Industrial Tax Exemption programs.
