New from Madison Chemical (Madison, IN) is their ProClean FOAM, a chlorinated, moderately alkaline detergent. This NSF-registered cleaner can be used on all surfaces in and around food and beverage processing areas as it produces a thick, wet foam for ferrous and stainless surfaces. It can be rinsed off with potable water and does not streak or leave residue or an odor.
