PFlow Industries (Milwaukee, WI) announces PFlow RapidStack, a modular vertical reciprocating conveyor engineered to accelerate project timelines and simplify installation. Designed for standard two-level, edge-of-mezzanine applications, RapidStack combines pre-built top and bottom sections with a made-to-order middle section to reduce fabrication time, shorten lead times and minimize field labor without compromising structural integrity or performance reliability.
Built from three stackable sections, RapidStack is designed to streamline both project planning and installation. Because most of the VRC is pre-built and only the middle section requires fabrication, the system helps accelerate delivery and supports faster project completion. Its bolt-together design eliminates the need for on-site welding, which helps customers avoid hot work, additional permitting requirements and extra labor at the installation site.
RapidStack also simplifies startup by incorporating quick-connect electrical components, including an integrated control panel and electrical wiring that reduce installation time. Adjustable bracing that adjusts between the VRC and the mezzanine allows for precise field adjustment without welding, further improving installation efficiency while helping maintain a clean and controlled jobsite process.
