Clutch Bearing Rollers for Smooth, Quiet and Non-Marring Operation

The rollers are used in materials handling, assembly and manufacturing applications.

Fairlane

Fairlane Products, Inc. (Fraser, MI) offers a complete line of One Directional Clutch Bearing Rollers. These rollers come in neoprene, nitriles or urethane surfaces in solid, finned and DuraSoft configurations.

Solid rollers have a smooth surface and are permanently bonded to a steel insert with the bearing pack pressed in place. The clutch bearings allow the roller to only turn in one direction. They come assembled with a threaded stripper bolt and snap ring for fast easy mounting. Rollers are available in hardness ranging from 20 to 95 durometer. Available in either right or left hand rotation. With the stud pointed upward, right hand rotation turns clockwise, and left hand rotation turns counterclockwise. Features include the following:

  • Finned rollers have grooves on the surface and are also permanently bonded to a steel insert with the bearing pack pressed in place. Rollers are available with hardness ranging from 20 to 60 durometer. Available in either right or left hand rotation.
  • DuraSoft "Teardrop" holes allow the roller to flex for firm yet non-damaging contact. DuraSoft rollers have a smooth surface and are permanently bonded to a steel insert with the bearing pack pressed in place. They come assembled with a threaded stripper bolt and snap ring for fast easy mounting. Rollers are available in hardness ranging from 20 to 95 durometer.
  • Fairlane Products One Directional Clutch Bearing Rollers come in diameters of 1.50 to 4.00 in with widths from 1 to 2 in.
