Schmersal (Valhalla, NY) announced the BDF40, the company's latest machine control panel.
Features:
- Up to four operators for various machine or process controls located at guard door in one housing
- Eliminates need for larger custom control boxes to be designed and manufactured for guard door controls
- Designed to be mounted to standard guarding profile systems (40mm / 1.5 inch profile)
- Thermoplastic housing that is IP65 rated to withstand normal dusty and humid industrial environments
- Can be integrated with AZM40 into unified door lock and control system
- Two base models available with or without E-Stop
- Remaining buttons on control panel can be field customized to pushbuttons or illuminated pushbuttons in various colors, by the application of button caps in 11 colors
- Available with 2 NC contacts for E-Stop (position 1) and 1 NO contact for all pushbutton positions
- Plug-and-play M12, 12 pin connector
