Aqua Automation LLC (Vista, CA) has announced its new Waste Treatment “In-a-Box” (WT-IaB) and Deionized Water “In-a-Box” (DI-IaB) systems. Employing innovative but simple designs, they are pre-assembled and wet-tested prior to delivery to ensure rapid installation and start-up, as well as reliable operation. Both are built with the highest-quality components including Allen Bradley programmable controller & operating touch screen, Goulds eHM pump for the DI-IaB and Iwaki mag-drive & ARO AOD pumps for the WT-IaB, GF automation & components and Signet instruments for process control. Specifically:
- The WT-IaB’s central feature is use of a single pump for incoming waste, recirculating solution mixing, “educted” chemical feed, and treated-water transfer in either Continuous with a Mag-drive pump or Batch modes with an AOD pump. It’s adaptable to many types & various volumes of wastewater by changing the pump & tank sizes and chemical feeds.
- The DI-IaB is our newest onsite-regenerating ion exchange water deionization system with the highest-possible operating efficiency utilizing counter-current regeneration based on feed-forward grain counting & “feedback” regeneration of separate cation and anion vessels to ensure consistent high-quality product water.
These deliver within weeks of ordering including all required components in-a-box with the system skid and tank with pre-installed fittings.
