Sirco Sized

According to Sirco Industrial (Huntington Beach, CA) the PS-10 Pump Station and RG-10 Regeneration Station are unique systems for a small shop or point-source rinse water treatment and/or recycle applications.

  • The PS-10 incorporates a complete Pump and Control package with collection tank with level controls, filtration and flow controls. The NEMA control panel provides pump controls, incoming and outgoing water quality display with alarms and safety disconnect. The System provides water to portable Ion Exchange canisters that can be located remotely within the shop.
  • The RG-10 Regeneration Station is designed to process these portable Ion Exchange Canisters when necessary. In this way, PS-10s with IX canisters can provide de-Ionized water to rinses at multiple locations and the RG-10 System is available at an appropriate site where the regenerations can be accomplished when needed. The RG-10 Regeneration Station includes dual heads with special sealed Ceramic Disk ports which are driven by a programmable solid-state drive motor to accomplish a number of operations including backwash, chemical draw, slow and fast rinse and service modes. Due to the ceramic materials of construction, the valves are nearly indestructible and can handle a variety of acids and caustics to provide the regeneration of various types of IX resin applications.
