Gemtex Abrasives (Toronto, Ontario) announced the Mini Grind R, which uses a Type R plastic screw-on lock design as its base.
Features include the following:
- Grain fused directly to tough polymer backing
- Plastic
- One-piece design
- Prevents risk of detaching while polymer promotes cool efficient grinding
- Available in 1.5”, 2” and 3” diameters
- Can be used in wet and dry applications without possibility of delamination
- Coated with specially processed grit engineered for toughness, sharpness and bond
- Designed for use with standard type R screw-on rapid change holders
