Lemonade Recalled for Labeling Error

Quality control testing confirmed the presence of an allergen not listed on the label.

Lemonade Half Gallon

Chandler, Oklahoma-based Hiland Dairy is recalling half-gallon and pint-sized lemonade products over concerns that the products may contain milk. This ingredient is not listed on the product's label and could effect those with allergies. The products were sold and distributed at retailers in Oklahoma City, Wichita, and Kansas City.

The company became aware of a potential issue and then confirmed it after internal quality-control testing. The company promptly contacted the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to initiate the voluntary recall.
