South Korean electronics manufacturer LG first unveiled its rollable television at CES 2019, but it has only recently been made available in the U.S.
What makes the 65” 4K OLED ultra-thin screen so unique is that it rises from a stylish sound bar when turned on, and lowers back into it when viewing is completed.
In addition to hiding the screen when not in use, it also features a number of different viewing formats in adjusting the display to better match the media being viewed.
LG recently described the TV design as a “seamless marriage of technological and design innovation,” that “genuinely deserves to be called a work of art.”
And at a starting price of 100 million Korean Won, or $90,000, it might need to be.
