On January 29, 2020, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced recalls affecting more than 165,000 inclined sleepers from four companies to prevent risk of suffocation (view photos in gallery).

Infant fatalities have been reported after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side, or under other circumstances. 

The recall follows an investigation by Consumer Reports that linked inclined sleepers to at least 73 deaths and led to the recall of more than five million sleepers.

  • Made in China
