Wylie, TX – StenTech yesterday announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Photo Etch Technology, a prominent stencil manufacturer, along with its affiliate Utz Technologies.
Photo Etch manufactures high-quality surface-mount technology (SMT) stencils, mesh screens and parts for both OEM and contract manufacturing customers. With facilities in four key U.S. markets, Photo Etch has an established foothold in the industry. Photo Etch has a headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts, and operations in Santa Clara, California, Clearwater, Florida and Montville, New Jersey.
The acquisition deepens StenTech's existing footprint in Silicon Valley and New England, while simultaneously extending its reach into Florida through the Clearwater operation.
StenTech manufactures stencils and related custom products for applications in electronics and SMT manufacturing. The company is a critical supply chain partner with more than 2,000 customers, including leading OEMs and Tier 1 contract manufacturers.
