AutomationDirect (Cumming, GA) has added more NITRA pneumatic push-to-connect fittings with rugged 316 stainless steel construction. The expanded stainless steel offering includes male straights, rotating male elbows, union straights, straight reducers, union tees, union elbows, and bulkhead unions to accommodate a wide variety of pneumatic system layouts.
Fittings are available for inch and metric tubing sizes from 5/32 inch (4mm) to 1/2 inch, with 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm options also available. Threaded models feature 316 stainless steel threads with NPT or BSPT connections. A new NITRA tubing cutter is also available for cleanly cutting polyurethane, nylon, and other flexible tubing up to a 1 inch (25mm) outside diameter.
