Durapot 810 is an alumina-based (Aluminum Oxide), highly thermal conductive and electrically resistant ceramic adhesive and potting compound manufactured by Cotronics Corp. (Brooklyn, NY). It is designed specifically for high-power, extreme-temperature applications that require reliable electrical insulation and improved thermal conductivity for applications up to 3,000°F.
Cures in 24 hours at room temperature; heat curing (150°F-200°F) can accelerate the process. Durapot 810 is available in regular grade for maximum thermal conductivity or extra fine for small, intricate parts.
