igus (East Providence, RI) has developed a new tribo-plastic material for clip and flanged bearings that is highly elastic, chemical resistant and withstands moisture. Additional features include:
- Made of lubrication-free iglidur K230, they are easier to install in sheet metal feedthroughs.
- Frequently used in reducing friction and noise in car seats and other applications that require high flexibility and durability.
- Used in humid environments and applications where temperatures reach up to 266 degrees Fahrenheit.
