The Revvo Caster Company, Inc. (Buffalo, NY) announces the introduction of its new PlasTech Solus swivel casters with total lock brakes for light-duty applications where attractive style and ergonomic performance are integral to the design.
The total lock brake is operated by a foot pedal that locks the wheel and swivel simultaneously for added safety, according to Revvo. Constructed of high-performance thermoplastics, PlasTech Solus total lock casters come in wheel diameters of 4-inch with a load capacity of 176 lbs. and 5-inch with a load capacity of 220 lbs. for standard models and 5-inch (220 lbs. load capacity) for low-profile models (5.2 inches to the base of the stem). PlasTech Solus casters are offered with a choice of roller or ball bearings and feature a white RAL 9003 body and gray RAL 7005 polyurethane tires.
