Binder USA, LP (Camarillo, CA) has expanded the Series 423 and 723 M16 connector family with the addition of an 8-pin DIN variant. The new connector supports all wireless networks, including 5G, and is AISG C485 compliant. (The Antenna Interface Standards Group defines standards for the control and monitoring of antenna line devices in the wireless industry.) With a rugged metal shell and 360° EMI shielding, binder’s M16 connector offers maximum reliability in extreme outdoor environments. The new 8-pin connectors are available as male and female cable and panel mount connectors, and meet requirements for protection class IP68 when connected. Series 423/723 highlights include:
