High and Low Select Modules

The APD 44xx series signal conditioners from Absolute Process Instruments Inc. (API; Libertyville, IL) accept two, three, or four DC voltage or milliamp inputs. The DC output is the highest or lowest of the inputs; inputs and output are individually configured to your specifications. According to API, the APD 44xx is ideal for applications such as sensor redundancy or monitoring the highest or lowest of multiple devices. Exclusive features include an input LoopTracker LED, and an output test function that allows setting the output independent of the input signals. Standard are 2000VRMS optical isolation (power/input, power/output input/output) and a lifetime warranty.
