Chemetall, a global business unit of Albemarle Corporation recently announced that their Tech Cool 35052CF semi-synthetic metalworking coolant has received Boeing Aircraft approval for use under BAC5008, including areas 2,5 and 6. According to the company, their coolant offers improved emulsion stability, sump life without bacteria growth or odors, extended tool life, low foam levels, corrosion resistance and lower operational costs.This is achieved without the use of chlorinated or sulfur-based extreme pressure (EP) additives, and without bactericides, DCHA (Dicyclohexylamine) or secondary amines.Tech Cool 35052CF is completely free of formaldehyde releasing compounds.
