Mettler-Toledo (Lutz, FL) recently unveiled two new washdown checkweighers focused on precision and versatility. They include:
- The C33 PlusLine Washdown Checkweigher designed to work in harsh environments without complicating cleaning or maintenance. Features include self-adjusting elastic belts that remove the need for tensioning. In most cases, cleaning with the parts in place is possible and a flip-up design offers easier access to critical areas.
- The C35 AdvancedLine Washdown Checkweigher is designed for delivering precise measurements in harsh environments. It also features a stable weighing platform that is resistant to high-pressure washdown and caustic detergents, with improved access for cleaning and sloped surfaces to discourage liquid collection. The system supports speeds of up to 250 packs per minute and a weighing range from 25 g to 7 kg.
