ALDI Recalling All Purpose Flour

The potential presence of E.coli triggered the 11-state recall.

Flour

In cooperation with ADM Milling Co., ALDI has recalled Bakers Corner All Purpose Flour from all of its stores in the Northeastern United States due to the potential presence of E. coli. The product was sourced from an ADM Milling Co. production facility in Buffalo, New York and was distributed to select ALDI stores in 11 states. The Bakers Corner All Purpose Flour affected by this recall is sold in a five-pound bag with a "best if used by date" of December 2, 2019. ALDI has removed this product from store shelves in these states.

ALDI has been prominent grocery retailer since 1976. The company currently operates more than 1,800 U.S. stores in 35 states. It has made a name for itself though lower prices of their private labeled brand that, according to ALDI, meets or exceeds national name brands on taste and quality.
