Heavy Duty Threaded Line VacTM Conveyors convert ordinary pipe into conveying system for bulk materials, including steel shot, metal parts, scrap, and trim. Designed for rugged, industrial applications, it has hardened alloy construction. Vac features large throat diameters to convey more material over long vertical and horizontal lengths. Conveying rate is typically 2x that of ordinary air powered conveyors. Conveyors eject small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles to produce vacuum on one end with high output flows on other end. Response is instantaneous. Conveying rate is controlled using pressure regulator on compressed air supply. Five sizes up to 2" NPT fit standard plumbing pipe and couplers. No moving parts or electricity.
