Wear Part is reverse engineered for retrofit applications. |

Retrofit plastic wear components can be reverse engineered from existing drawings and custom machined from various types of plastic to duplicate existing parts or provide users with material upgrades. They provide tolerances to ±0.0005 in. and surface finishes to 16 rms, depending on material. Components can be machined from oil-filled nylon, MD-nylon, acetal, glass filled PTFE, UHMW, and UHMW-HT. Applications include processing and packaging equipment as well as conveyors. |
