Mid Rail Gantry is equipped with exposed tank that accommodates overhead loading. Waterjet system has one abrasivejet cutting head, but can accommodate second head to increase productivity. System is ball-screw driven with heavy-wall tubular steel construction to eliminate vibration. It utilizes direct-coupled ac brushless digital servo motors and single or double carriages. Industrial PC controller can be configured so that all 3 axes are fully programmable.
