UV22 nano-sized filler (<50 nm) gives cured system abrasion resistance, optical clarity, low shrinkage and physical strength properties, while still allowing low viscosity of 4,000 cps. Tensile strength of cured epoxy is greater than 4,600 psi; tensile modulus is greater than 500,000 psi. Cures rapidly upon exposure to UV light at room temperatures. No mixing is needed. Post curing, UV22 enhances temperature and chemical resistance properties. UV22 has service temperature range of -60 to +300°F.
