RoHS-compliant thermoplastic elastomer compounds with Shore 56A to 90A hardness meet UL94V-0 flame test requirements, as well as those for UL-1581/VW-1, UL-1581/method 1061, and CSA/FT-1. Elexar compounds have limiting oxygen index of 30% and exhibit no dripping when burned. Suitable for use at temperatures down to -50°C, grades are formulated to pass UL-1581 continuous rating of 125°C, and 7-day test for oil resistance.
