Capable of accepting input from J, K, or T-type thermocouple via minithermocouple connector at base of unit, Model EL-USB-TC can measure temperatures from -328 to +2,372°F, depending on type of sensor used. Once logging is complete, users can plug datalogger back into USB port to download all readings. Data is saved in .txt format and viewed via software in graph form, and can also be exported to Excel for more detailed analysis.
