With 4-quadrant design, BDE40 works with most 3-phase brushless Hall effect motors in applications with 12 or 24 V power supplies. Controller delivers up to 360 W with 11 to 36 Vdc, 10 A nominal, and 14 A max continuous current. Resistors protect against overcurrent, polarity inversion, and short circuiting. Ambient operating temperature is 20 to 40°C; input is pull-up resistor connected to 5 V Hall effect and output is type PNP open collector with 0.02 A max current. Device measures 140 x 98 x 33 mm and weighs 10.75 oz.
