Designed for in-process verification of machine tool performance, NC-Checker can be used before machining starts to confirm that equipment has been set up correctly and then applied during production run to detect any movements out of tolerance. Frequency of test routine varies depending on value of parts, complexity of shapes, and accuracy that is required. All results can be archived to provide traceable history of performance of each machine.
