Built-in bypass minimizes power losses and heat dissipation in thyristors and operates at ambient temperatures up to 55°C without down grading or current reduction. With 1.3–5 kg weight, unit is available in sizes ranging from 162–276 mm high, 95–223 mm wide, and 157–220 mm deep.
