ASDX Series silicon pressure sensor with ultra-low pressure ranges include 0 to 10 in. of H2O gauge, ± 10 in. of H2O differential, and ± 5 in. of H2 O differential. These sensors include additional signal conditioning integrated within product, allowing customers to remove components associated with signal conditioning from their PC board to free space and reduce costs normally associated with those components. Sensors are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids, such as air and dry gases.
