PEM SpotFast fasteners allow attachment of 2 thin metal parts in applications requiring repeatable pivoting or hinging action. They permanently join 2 metal components to create flush-attachment connection without protrusions on either side. They can join dissimilar metals or sheets with different thicknesses and install in steel or aluminum sheets as thin as 0.031 in. with hardness of 80 or less on Rockwell B scale. RoHS-compliant units are available in various diameters and sizes.
