Dedicated safe-speed monitoring relay, Guardmaster Minotaur MSR57P, allows personnel to enter hazardous areas while motion is present without hindering plant productivity. It supports various input devices—E-stops, light curtains, enabling switches, interlock switches—that detect demands on safety system and initiate motion stop request. Programmable to accommodate application-specific variables, relay also monitors personnel in hazardous area while machine is in safe-speed condition.
