Including digital design and recipe-driven repeatability, Marathon XLA uses 5 independent servomotors that communicate on digital bus to synchronize label feeding, cutting, and gluing as well as container transport. Changeovers between production speeds takes less than 15 min, and SMARTdrive multiaxis servomotor drive-train with automatic label registration and timing lends to positional accuracy. Machine handles containers from 8 oz to 3 L at speeds to 650 containers/min.
