JLON PTFE stock shapes provide specific properties for machining bearings, bushings, gaskets, seals, piston rings, and other wear components. Carbon, glass, polymer, bronze, mineral, graphite, proprietary materials, and other fillers are used to achieve specific wear properties. Material can be supplied as molded or extruded rod from 1/8 to 8 in. OD, tube from 3/8 to 36 in. OD, sheet up to 4 sq ft, and skived and etched film.
