With 50 MHz max sine wave frequency, Model 3390 can perform function, pulse, arbitrary waveform, pattern, and noise generation as well as AM/FM/PM/FSK/PWM modulation. Signal generator include 25 MHz pulse frequency with 10 ns min width; 256,000-point, 14-bit resolution function generator; and precision pulses and square waves with rise/fall times under 10 ns. It also comes with LXI Class C-compliant Ethernet, TMC-compliant USB, and standard GPIB interfaces.
