For inks, coatings, and paints, production-sized Model DMQ-10 combines features of horizontal small media mill with circulation grinding. Operators can sample or add ingredients to premix tank at any time, and adjustable product discharge openings in screen accommodate grinding media from 0.3–2 mm. Along with heavy-duty media separator, mill incorporates indexed discs that provide uniform media distribution. Rail system facilitates maintenance and tank removal.
