Through prepositioned sensors, Argotech PA-4 provides continuous monitoring of repeating machine processes in real-time. Four sensor inputs provide tool wear or fracture detection, collision protection, machine and tool load, as well as one or 2 critical dimensions of parts. Display shows optimum production and deviations from preset tolerance limits where alarm can be generated and production is shut down. In addition, system can be used in unmanned production operations.
