Twin-probe system Combines part setup and measurement with tool setting and broken tool detection. System uses Model OMI-2T optical receiver to process signals from spindle-mounted Model OMP40-2 inspection probe and OTS tool setting probe. Sealed to withstand harsh machine tool environments, OMP40-2 is resistant to false-triggering from shock and vibration. Fully compatible with optical systems, it can be used with high-speed, single-or double-touch probing routines.
