Model LTM9003 is wideband RF-to-digital receiver subsystem that includes high-performance 12-bit, 250 Msps analog-to-digital converter, bandpass filter, intermediate frequency amplifier, and high linearity RF downconverting mixer. Integrated µModule receiver significantly reduces board space and development time for wireless basestations implementing PA linearization with digital predistortion. It harnesses years of signal chain design experience and offers it in easy-to-use 11.25 mm × 15 mm µModule package.
